Based on the allegations set forth in the Petition for Minor Name
Change filed on November 3, 2016, and the sworn testimony of the
Petitioner at the Show Cause Hearing held on March 24, 2017;
THE COURT FINDS:
1. The Court finds that all parties were properly notified of today’s
hearing.
2. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to the Tribe’s
Name Change and Birth Certification Ordinance Tribal Code § 3.11 (c).
3. Petitioner is over 18 years of age and is the parent or legal guardian
of Nevaeh Jean Lynn Gore, the minor child;
4. The child is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the
Grand Ronde Community of Oregon;
5. The child has not been granted a change of name by the Tribal Court
within the past twelve (12) months;
6. No objection to the Petition has been filed by any parent or legal
guardian of the minor child and no objection was raised at the Show
Cause Hearing; and
7. The proposed name change is in the best interests of the minor Child
and the Court grants the Petition.
Based on the allegations set forth in the Petition for Minor Name
Change filed on October 7, 2016, and the sworn testimony of the Peti-
tioner at the Show Cause Hearing held on March 24, 2017;
THE COURT DECREES:
1. That the name of the minor child be changed from Nevaeh Jean
Lynn Gore to Nevaeh Jean Lynn Grijalva;
2. That the Clerk of the Tribal Court shall cause a copy of this Order
to be published in the Tribal Newsletter;
3. That the Clerk of the Tribal Court shall submit a certified copy of
this Order to the Tribal Enrollment office;
4. That the Clerk of the Court shall provide a certified copy of this
Order to be submitted to the Registrar of Vital Statistics in the state
in which the applicant was born;
5. That the Petitioner, on behalf of the minor child, shall surrender
all old Tribal identification cards bearing applicant's former name
to the Tribal Enrollment Office prior to the enrollment office issuing
applicant new Tribal identification cards bearing the applicant's
new name;
6. That within sixty (60) days from the date of this order the Tribal
Enrollment staff and if necessary the Tribal Enrollment Committee
shall cause new Tribal Identification cards to be issued to Petitioner
showing the new name of the Tribal member and shall change the
official membership roll and all official enrollment records of the
Tribe to reflect the Petitioner's new name as stated in this Decree.

Based on the allegations set forth in the Petition for Name Change
filed by Petitioner on March 6, 2017,
THE COURT FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
1. This Court has jurisdiction over the Petitioner and the subject matter
of the Petition herein;
2. The Petitioner is over 18 years of age;
3. The Petitioner is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of
Grand Ronde Community of Oregon, roll number 42;
4. The Petitioner has not petitioned and been granted a change of name
by the Tribal Court within the past twelve (12) months;
5. The Petitioner has no Creditors or Former Spouses to whom an
obligation is owed under a divorce decree.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The name of the Petitioner is changed from Linda Noreen Andrews
to Linda Noreen Brandon;
2. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall cause a copy of this Order to be
published in the Tribal Newsletter;
3. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall submit a certified copy of this
Order to the Grand Ronde Tribal Enrollment office;
4. The Clerk of the Court shall provide a certified copy of the Order to
the Oregon State Department of Vital Statistics.
