In the Matter of:
Cameron Christopher
Campbell-Mock,
Petitioner
On November 3, 2016 a petition was filed in this Court on behalf
of the minor child Nevaeh Jean Lynn Gore. The Petitioner seeks
an order changing the name of the minor child to Nevaeh Jean
Lynn Grijalva.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. A hearing in this matter is set for March 15, 2017 at 2:30 p.m.
2. Any parent, guardian or relative of the first degree interested
in the matter shall appear for the hearing to show cause, if any
there be, why the Court should not enter an order granting the
proposed change of name.
3. Any parent, guardian, or relative in the first degree may file a
written objection to the proposed name change with this Court
prior to the hearing date set out above.
4. Petitioner and the minor child shall appear at the hearing.
5. If the parents are deceased, or have not consented to the Change
of Name, Petitioner shall cause a copy of this Order to be pub-
lished in the Tribal Newsletter, Smoke Signals for two consecu-
tive editions prior to the hearing date.

Based on the allegations set forth in the Petition for Name Change
filed by Petitioner on January 3, 2017,
THE COURT FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
1. This Court has jurisdiction over the Petitioner and the subject matter
of the Petition herein;
2. The Petitioner is over 18 years of age;
3. The Petitioner is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of
Grand Ronde Community of Oregon, roll number 2636;
4. The Petitioner has not petitioned and been granted a change of name
by the Tribal Court within the past twelve (12) months;
5. The Petitioner has served a Notice of Name Change to all Creditors
or Former Spouses to whom an obligation is owed under a divorce
decree.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The name of the Petitioner is changed from Cameron Christopher
Campbell-Mock to Cameron Christopher Mock;
2. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall cause a copy of this Order to be
published in the Tribal Newsletter;
3. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall submit a certified copy of this
Order to the Grand Ronde Tribal Enrollment office;
4. The Clerk of the Court shall provide a certified copy of the Order to
the Washington State Department of Vital Statistics.
