Notice of Criminal Forfeiture
On 7-14-2015, oficers of the Grand Ronde Tribal Police Depart-
ment conducted a criminal investigation follow-up at 27100 Salmon
River Highway. As a result of that investigation $5,000 in cash was
seized from John McLaughlin. Notice of forfeiture was provided to
Mr. McLaughlin. The case number is GRT15000369.
To claim an interest, you must ile a written claim with the forfeiture
counsel named below. The written claim must be signed by you,
sworn to under penalty of perjury before a notary public, and state:
(a) Your true name; (b) The address at which you will accept future
mailings from the court and forfeiture counsel; and (c) A statement
that you have an interest in the seized property. The motion must be
given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days of the date
of irst publication speciied herein along with the required iling fee.

Mobile Unit open house

The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde’s Health & Wellness Center
unveiled its new Medical Mobile Unit during an open house in the
upper parking lot of the Wellness Center on Wednesday, Oct 5. Staf
ofered information about the mobile unit and ofered healthy snacks
for visitors who took the time to come and see the new equipment.
Nursing Supervisor Christa Hosley and Registered Nurse Tashina Blair
welcomed visitors with a tray of healthy snacks to the Health & Wellness
Center’s Medical Mobile Unit Open House in Grand Ronde. Blair said
the mobile unit was purchased through the Health & Wellness Center’s
diabetes grant just one week before this year’s powwow. “We want to
get this unit out to diferent events and up to the Portland oice,” said
Blair. “Our goal is that it doesn’t sit and we are looking for input from
the community.”

Minimum Bid—$100
Descripion: 1987 King Two (2) Stall Horse Trailer.
Trailer is not road ready, has extensive rust and ires
need replacing. The trailer is located at the end of
Black Tail Drive by the Clothes Closet. Inspecion of
the unit is highly recommended prior to bidding.
CONDITION CODES
USABLE: Property which shows some wear, but can be used without signiicant repair
REPAIRABLE: Property which is unusable in its current condiion but can be repaired
SALVAGE: Property which has value in excess of its basic material content, but repair or rehab is
impracical and/or uneconomical.
SCRAP: Property which has no value except for its basic material content.
NOTICE PLEASE READ: All bids must be sealed and submited by mail or in person to the Procurement Oice by 5
p.m. on or before the bid deadline. Bids received ater the submital deadline will not be considered. Bid openings
will be within 5 working days of the bid deadline and property will be awarded to the highest bidder. In case of
idenical bids the received date stamp will be used. The Tribe reserves the right to decline any or all ofers. Suc-
cessful bidders will have 10 working days ater the award to pay for and remove the property. All items are sold
“as is” with no warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to view the items prior to placing a bid.
