The Tribe’s Social Services Department has bicycle helmets
available for distribution. Those needing a helmet need to visit the
department and sign a helmet application, as well as get fitted.

OPEN FOR COMMENT
The Tribal Council is considering amendments to the Public
Records Ordinance. The proposed amendments were given a First
Reading at the July 20, 2016, Tribal Council meeting.
The proposed amendments would permit the mailing of audited
financial statements to Tribal members.
Tribal Council invites comment on the proposed amendments to
the Public Records Ordinance. For a copy of the proposed amend-
ments, please contact the Tribal Attorney’s Office at 503-879-4664.

agement Ordinance. The proposed amendments were given a First
Reading at the July 20, 2016, Tribal Council meeting.
The proposed amendments would permit the mailing of audited
financial statements to Tribal members. The proposed amendments
also include minor technical updates.

Tribal Court staff is available at no charge for notaries 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday though Friday with the exception of noon to 1 p.m.
