Invitation to bid
The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde hereby extends an In-
vitation to General Contractors to bid on the Tilixam Circle Paint
Project in Grand Ronde, Oregon.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Tilixam Circle Paint project
located in Grand Ronde, Oregon, includes the preparation, caulk,
and paint of an ofice building, maintenance shop, 23 residential
structures of varying size and 14 carports for exterior painting.
BID SUBMITTAL Sealed bids for the construction of the Tilix-
am Circle Paint project must be received by Shonn Leno, Housing
Department Manager , Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, 28450
Tyee Road, Grand Ronde, OR 97347, by or before 3 p.m. local time,
Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at the Housing Department ofice building.
Bids (including all required documentation) shall be submitted
in a sealed envelope with bidder’s identiication plainly marked on
the outside including name, project name, bid date and time. Bids
shall be submitted on the form provided within Section 00 41 00 of
the bid documents.
Bid proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud immediately
following the bid time.
PRE-BID MEETING A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held
at the Housing Department Ofices, 28450 Tyee Road, Grand Ronde,
Oregon, on Wednesday June 22, 2016, at 10 a.m., to view the exist-
ing buildings, discuss the scope of work and discuss Tribal funding
agency requirements. Statements made by owner representatives
at the conference are not binding on the Owner, unless conirmed
by written addendum.
BIDDING DOCUMENTS Bid documents, including contract
terms, conditions and speciications will be available beginning
Wednesday June 15, 2016.
