We are now recruiting children 0-5 years old and expectant mothers to

The K5 Summer Program will be expanding by 50%, to a capacity of 60 students, to help meet the needs of
our Tribal and Native youth. A K-2nd and 3rd-5th program will be offered on the CTGR Campus.

Applications must be submitted to a Youth Education staff member @ the Youth Education front desk
Eligibility Criteria/Intake Policy: All students enrolled in the program must meet the eligibility
guidelines listed below, as well as provide proof of the following:
Parent/Guardian must be working, participating in training, and/or in school during the hours of
operation (typically 7:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m., Monday–Friday) or be providing foster or protective services.
x Student must be enrolled in Kindergarten through fifth grade during the 2014-15 school year
x Tribal Affiliation: Must be an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde; a member
of another federally recognized tribe; or a descendant
x Service Area: Student must reside in one of six county service areas (Polk, Marion, Multnomah,
Tillamook, Washington, Yamhill).
