The Grand Ronde Tribal Housing Authority Board has a Board of
Commissioners seat available in October 2014. The position has a
term that will expire in March 2017. Interested persons should have
demonstrated interest in housing and experience in the housing fi eld
in some capacity, including:
• Affordable housing development;
• Property management;
• Residential building construction;
• Housing fi nance;
• Housing planning
• Other housing-related areas
The board oversees all housing development, housing manage-
ment, housing programs and housing operations for the Tribe and
is responsible for policy decisions. The board currently meets at 4
p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the Housing Authority
offi ce in Grand Ronde and holds work sessions as needed. Interested
persons should send a letter or e-mail outlining their interest and
qualifi cations, including supporting documentation to:

All letters need to be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, to
be considered. The Housing Board candidates will be interviewed by
a panel of Housing Board members. The board will then make rec-
ommendations to the Tribe and fi nal appointments will be made by
