Notice to Tribal member construction, contractors and workers The Tribe is developing a list of Tribal member-owned construc tion companies and workers with road construction experience who are interested in performing construction work for the Tribe and on Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) projects. The Tribe is negotiating a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ODOT to provide hiring preference to Tribal members, those with construction companies and individuals with construction experience to work on various ODOT road construction projects.
