Adult Members' Trust and Minors'
Custodial & Rabbi Trust Funds
Effective Aug. 20, 2012, investments in the Adult Members' Trust Fund
and the Minors' Custodial and Rabbi Trust Funds are updated each busi
ness day. If you are a trust participant andor if you are the parentguard
ian of a minor member, you can access and review your balance and your
minor child's balance by visiting www.401Save.com.
To log-in, the initial User ID is your (or your child's) Social Security
number, and the initial Password is "00" followed by your (or your child's)
membership number. Once logged in, you can customize your User ID and
password for security purposes.
If you have any trouble logging in to or using the system, contact the
401Save Call Center at 1-888-700-0808 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific
Time, Monday through Friday. H

Board meeting days and times
Below is the most current information on the meeting days and times for
Tribal Committees and Special Event Boards:
Ceremonial Hunt Board meets as needed. Chair: Shonn Leno.
Cultural Trust Board meets at4 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month
in Modular No. 2. Chair: Perri McDaniel.
Culture Committee meets at 1 p.m. the first Wednesday of the month
in Modular No. 3. Chair: CeCe Kneeland.
Education Committee meets at 5:15 p.m. on the first Monday of the
month in the Adult Education Building. Chair: Tammy Cook.
Elders' Committee meets at 10 a.m. the third Wednesday of the month
in the Elders' Activity Center. Chair: Gladys Hobbs.
Enrollment Committee meets quarterly in Room 204 of the Governance
Building. Acting Chair: Robert Schmid.
Fish & Wildlife Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of
the month at the Natural Resources Building. Chair: Harold Lyon.
Health Committee meets at 10 a.m. the second Wednesday of the
month in the Tribal Wellness Center. Acting Chair: Patti Tom-Martin.
Powwow Special Event Board meets at 5 p.m. the first Thursday of
the month at the Tribal Community Center. Chair: Dana Ainam.
Rodeo Special Event Board meets at 6 p.m. the first Thursday of the
month at the Tribal Rodeo Office. Chair: Harold Lyon.
Social Services Committee meets at 4 p.m. the second Monday of
the month in the Social Services Conference Room. Chair: Jenny San
chez. Timber Committee meets at 5 p.m. the second Thursday of the month
at the Natural Resources Building. Chair: Bob Mercier.
Veterans Special Event Board meets at 4 p.m. the first and third Tues
day of the month in the Elders' Activity Center. Chair: Gene LaBonte.

Salmon Celebration set for Dec. 7

Everyone is welcome to attend the second annual Salmon Celebration
set for Friday, Dec. 7, on the Tribal campus in Grand Ronde.
Celebration events will begin at 10 a.m. at the Agency Creek fish weir,
which is located behind the Education Department. A Community Dinner
will be held in the Tribal gym following the events at the fish weir. Tribal
members are encouraged to attend both events.
The Tribal Canoe Family will provide entertainment. Tribal Media Pro
duction Specialist Travis Stewart will be the master of ceremonies and
share stories. Tribal Fish and Wildlife Coordinator Kelly Dirksen will give
a presentation about salmon restoration and the animal's life cycle.
Raffle prizes for all ages will be awarded during the Community Din
ner. A craft table will be set up for children to enjoy. There also will be a
video presentation about preserving traditions and protecting the envi

December 2012 distributions
The December 2012 per capita and timber distribution date is
Friday, Dec. 14. All checks will be available for pick up at the Grand
Ronde Community Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please bring ID. Our
enrollment staff will be available for IDs that day also in the Com
munity Center. If you do not pick up your checks, they will be mailed
on Friday, Dec. 14, to the address that we have on file for you. If you
wish to pick up checkchecks for anyone other than yourself, you will
need to provide a document stating who is authorized to pick up the
checks. The document must be signed and notarized by the Tribal
member to whom the check is made out to. The Tribal Court provides
notary services. The deadline for address changes, tax deductions,
setting up or canceling direct deposit is Friday, Dec. 7, at 5 p.m. If
you need to change or verify your address, please call 1-800-422-0232,

Recycle Center moved
The Recycle Center has been moved to 9675 Grand Ronde Road. For more
information, contact the Tribal Facilities Manager at 503-879-2407.

The Tribal Elders Committee is working on a volunteer phone list of

Tribal Council member Jon A. George gifts Oregon Congresswoman
Suzanne Bonamici with a necklace he made while Tribal Council
Secretary Toby McClary and Tribal Council Chairman Reyn Leno watch
on Thursday, Nov. 1 5. The trio of Tribal Council members traveled to
Washington, D.C., to visit with Oregon's congressional delegation
about issues important to the Tribe, such as amending the Grand Ronde
Reservation Act. Tribal Council members also met with Oregon Rep.
Kurt Schrader and Sen. Jeff Merkely on the same day, as well as staff
members of other Oregon congressional representatives.
