CTGR Compotitivo Scholarships
Applications are now available for 2011 CTGR Competitive
Scholarships. Applicants must be enrolled members of the Confed
erated Tribes of Grand Ronde. To apply online, please visit www.
grandronde.orgtemplate. aspx?id4172. Please call Education if
you are unable to apply online at 1-800-422-0232, ext. 1345. The
early bird deadline is April 1, and the final'deadline is April 30.
Applications received by April 1 will receive one additional point
to the total score.

The McMinnvUle Area Chamber of Commerce, Job Growers, Inc., Worksource Oregon,
Willamette ESD and the Yamhill County School Districts are coming together for the
2nd Annual Yamhill County Career ft College Expo on March 1 5th, 201 1 .
We will bring over 500 high school juniors from all over Yamhill County together for a
morning filled with a keynote speaker, career breakout sessions, mock Interviews and
a business and college trade show. The afternoon will feature a Career Fair open to
the public with educational workshops for job-seekers.

BPA Regional Tribal scholarship
The Bonneville Power Administration is accepting applications for its
2011 Regional Tribal Scholarships.
Applicants must be a full-time student at an accredited university, col
lege, technical school or graduate school during the 2011-12 academic year;
have a minimum 2.5 GPA; be an enrolled member of a federally recognized
Tribe located within the BPA service region and major in a field related
to careers at BPA.
Application deadline is March 7, 2011.

FULL-TIME STUDENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. All full-time students are required to file the Free Ap
plication for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) each year. A
copy of the FASFA and Student Aid Report (SAR) must be
submitted to the Tribal Education Program.
2. All full-time students are responsible for having their
grade reports sent to the Higher Education Programs upon
completion of each termsemester.
3. All full-time students must maintain a 2.00 GPA and
successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours per
termsemester to remain eligible for funding.
4. Full-time students who do not meet the minimum
academic requirements will be placed on academic PRO
BATION. Students who are placed on PROBATIONARY
STATUS will not be awarded the following term until they
have provided a copy of their grade reporttranscript.
NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL
GRADE REPORT
TRANSCRIPTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.
5. Failure to meet the minimum academic requirements
during the probationary termsemester will result in SUS
PENSION. 6. Full-time students must notify the Higher Education
Programs of address, telephone and e-mail changes as
soon as they occur.
9. Each year full-time students must sign a "Release of
Information" form allowing correspondence with the school
of attendance regarding financial aid, educational budget,
attendance and grade reports.
10. Students who withdraw or do not complete a termse
mester will be required to reimburse the Higher Education
Programs for funding received for the termsemester.

are attending school.
