"This will allow us to not only serve our valued guests, but take care of our business needs," she said. "We hope to adjust hours of operation again in the spring." New hours for Legends include closing at 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, closing at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and closing at 10 p.m. on Sunday. Hours for Summit View will remain the same and Legends will no longer close between 4 and 5 p.m. daily. The Cedar Plank Buffet will open at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and close at 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. The deli will close for cleaning from 4 to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 to 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The new hours started the week of Oct. 26. Shultz said the dining outlets will operate on weekend hours on holidays. "In addition, we will always adjust closing hours, as needed, if business warrants staying open for guest service," she said. In addition, winter buffet prices are: $8.95 (down $1) for breakfast Monday through Friday; $9.95 (down $2) for lunch Monday through Friday; $ 1 1.95 (down $6) for Winter Sunday Brunch starting at 9 a.m. Shultz said high-end items, such as suahi, pates, crab and homemade pastries will be eliminated. Prices will be re-evaluated in the spring, she added.
