Tribe changes health plan

The Tribe has made changes to the Tribal Member Health Plan,
administered by UMR. Effective immediately, the health plan will
assist eligible Tribal members and spouses in payment to the Grand
Ronde Adult Foster Care Program. Members needing assistance with
their activities of daily living due to a recent illness or hospitalization
may now qualify for the Tribe's health plan to pay the first 100 days
of stay in the Adult Foster Care Program. Services are only covered
when performed at the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Adult
Foster Care facility, and will be payable at 90 percent of charges.
For further information, contact UMR at 1-888-CTGR-BEN or
