OVERVIEW: Spirit Mountain Casino is offering qualified Tribal
candidates the opportunity to complete an internship in designed
casino positions. Selected candidates will progress through a rota
tion of duties and levels of responsibility all designed for a compre
hensive learning experience that will prepare candidates for future
opportunities in selected career fields. This internship is a paid,
limited duration position.
Player ServicesVIP Services Intern 18-24 month duration
Basic computer skills, HSGED, 1 year work experience in ser
vice or hospitality field andor college equivalent, must meet age

Internship rotation: Player Services Representative 1, Transpor

The Natural Resources Department of The Confederated Tribes
of Grand Ronde, in cooperation with Oregon Youth Conservation
Corps, seeks 16 youth crew members for its Summer Youth Crew
program. These positions are designed and funded for the purpose
of providing enhanced opportunities for youth andor students.
Youth Crew Member
$8.00hour
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
approximately 8 weeks starting July 9, 2007
Duties: Work as a member of an eight-person summer youth work
crew. Youth crew projects may include stream restorationenhance
ment, trail and park maintenance, Native tree plantings, forest inven
tory work, or other natural resource and community projects.
Qualifications: Must be 16-19 years of age. Must have the ability
or experience to safely and properly use hand tools. Must be in good
physical condition and be able to work in rugged outdoor terrain.
Interest or experience in natural resources related work help
ful. Requirements: furnish own work boots and successfully complete
pre-employment background check and drug test.

plies and materials, organize campouts, and supervise two youth crew
leaders and associated youth crews for up to ten weeks and assist the
Fish and Wildlife Department with natural resource projects for ap
proximately six weeks.
Qualifications: Desire to work with youth and in natural resources.
Must be in good physical condition and be able to work in rugged outdoor
terrain. Experience in the proper use of hand tools. Good organization
and communication skills. Supervisory experience preferred.
Requirements: Work boots, valid driver's license, safe driving re
cord and successful completion of pre-employment background check
and drug test.

Youth Crew Leader F&W Intern
$10.50-$13.00hour. Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Approximately 14 weeks, starting June 18, 2007
Duties: Supervise and provide leadership to an eight-person sum
mer youth work crew for eight weeks and assist the Fish and Wildlife
Department for six weeks. Projects may include stream and riparian
restorationenhancement, trail and park maintenance and construc
tion, native vegetation plantings, habitat enhancement monitoring,
and other natural resource and community projects.
Qualifications: Desire to work with youth andor in natural re
sources. Must be in good physical condition and be able to work in
rugged outdoor terrain. Experience in the proper use of hand tools.
Good communication skills
Requirements: work boots, valid driver's license, safe driving
record and must successfully complete pre-employment background
check and drug test.
