The holiday spirit
continues to grow in
the Grand Ronde com
munity. Throughout
the month of Decem
ber, the next holi
day event seems to
be right around the
corner.
On Friday, Decem
ber 1, Grand Ronde
Tribal Elders hosted
their annual Christ
mas Bazaar in the
Tribal gymnasium.
The gym was filled
with vendors from
community members
to Tribal Elders and
Tribal members sell
ing their arts and
crafts. The bazaar
went from 10 a.m. - 6
p.m. on both Friday
and Saturday. Many
people attended the
bazaar shopping for
holiday decorations
and Tribally-made
ornaments. Some Tribal members
kindly donated their crafts for a
raffle held at the December 3, 2006
General Council meeting.

About 10 community children attended and each was
given $25 to spend on their families for Christmas.
