To the Tribal Council members,
Thank you so much for helping me to continue fighting the legal battle
for custody of my son. Without your help, I would not have been able to
continue.
I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all of you. You were
all very gracious and displayed genuine concern for my desperate situa
tion. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me. I am really touched
by your contribution; your support means a lot to me.
I especially want to send heartfelt thanks to Buddy West and Wink Soder
berg. You all certainly represent Tribal members in a very positive way.
Thank you once again, I am truly grateful.
Sincerely,
Tisha Gleason

To the Portland Tribal Office, Tribal membership and the Portland
Community and most of all my family,
I don't believe that Mother Earth has created the words to describe my
thanks and respect I have for all of you. With such short notice, each of
you performed and expressed so much love and care. I am totally grateful
for everything. Grandfather has blessed me in many ways.
With unmeasureable love and respect,
Juanita Schlappie
