Ad-Hoc Committee Update
Since inception of the Ad-Hoc Committee, information gathering
has been its number one priority. Although this has been a slow
process, historical data has been the easiest to acquire. The commit
tee did decide to hold its meetings the second and fourth Sundays of
each month (sometimes things change though), with an announce
ment at the Governance Center to be put up one week prior to each
meeting. The committee will hold Community Meetings in Tacoma,
Portland, Eugene and Roseburg in 2006. These meeting datestimes
will be' forthcoming. The "twice monthly" meetings in Grand Ronde
would allow community input at the end of each meeting, therefore
creating "mini-community" meetings. Anyone wanting to share in
formation or opinions at these meetings may do so at the end of each
meeting. Anyone wanting to write to the committee may address the
information to Ken Trevino and he will forward to the rest of the
committee.
