Why Stay with Your Current
Prescription Drug Coverage?
You may have heard about Medicare's new prescription drug coverage,
also known as Medicare Part D. Maybe you're wondering if a Part D plan
is right for you.
For your peace of mind, the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde would
like to remind you that you already have creditable coverage.
"Creditable coverage" means that your current plan's prescription drug
coverage is, on average, as good as Medicare Part D coverage.
Even better, you do not have to do anything to be covered. Just
stay with your current plan through the Confederated Tribes of Grand
Ronde.
You can continue enjoying your prescription drug coverage without
shopping around and comparing different plans.
You're already enrolled so you don't need to go through a new enroll
ment process.
You can keep using the same network of pharmacies.
You still have the same affordable copayments for your prescription
drugs.
You will be notified in writing that you have creditable coverage. Be sure
to keep that letter in a safe place. If, after May 15, 2006 you should choose
to enroll in one of the new prescription drug plans approved by Medicare,
you may be asked for a copy of that letter. The creditable coverage letter
you received will let a new plan know that you have creditable coverage
and are not required to pay a higher premium amount on your new cover

SALE OF TIMBER, GRAND RONDE INDIAN RESERVA
TION, Cosper Cross Logging Unit, located in portions of the
NE14, E12NW14, NE14SW14, and N12SE14 Section 13; the
SW14NW14 and NW14SW14 Section 14; the SE14NE14,
NE14SE14 Section 15, Township 5S, Range 8W, Willamette
Meridian, Yamhill County, Oregon; and the W12NW14 Section
18, Township 5S, Range 7W, Willamette Meridian, Yamhill
County, Oregon. This Logging Unit contains approximately 53.7
acres to be cut with a timber volume of approximately 1,904 MBF
sawlogs of all species. This consists of an estimated volume of
1,889 MBF of Douglas-fir and Other Conifers - Peeler and Saw
mill Grade Logs at a minimum bid rate of $466.37 per thousand
board feet net scale, a predetermined volume of 15 MBF of Red
Alder and Other Hardwoods - Peeler and Sawmill Grade Logs
at a lump sum payment of $7,213.05, and All Conifer Species -Wood
Logs and Other Wood Products at the predetermined rate
of $65.02 per thousand board feet gross scale or $10 per ton.
The above stated volumes are estimates and are not guaran
teed. Bid opening for the Cosper Cross sale will take place at
the Grand Ronde Tribes' Natural Resources Facility, 47010 S.W.
Hebo Road, Grand Ronde, Oregon, at 2 p.m. Local Time, on
October 5, 2005. Full information concerning the timber,
sample Logging Unit contracts, conditions of the sales, and sub
