Culture
Committee Meets
Tribal Life After the Committee Summit on Monday, March 14,
members of the Culture Committee gathered to discuss cultural matters.
Also, the committee invited members from the Metro District of Portland to
discuss the design of a monument being built at Blue Lake honoring the
Native people that used to live there.
Kung-Fu Classes Taught At The Tribe

Focused Physical Medicine's Acupuncturist and Kung-Fu Instructor Dale
Freeman teaches young Noel Bryant some self-defense moves. Kung-Fu class
is offered Monday nights 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Tribe's Gymnasium. For more

"Who Moved My Cheese?" On Wednesday, March 16, the
Training Team from Spirit Mountain Casino held a supervisor's workshop
in the Adult Education building titled "Who Moved My Cheese?" The
workshop dealt with learning to effectively manage change, how to help
your team navigate change and having change work to your advantage.
