Tribal member teachers for future projects. If you are a certified teacher,
would like to live or teach in the Grand Ronde area and would be willing
to do so through the Chinuk Wawa language, we want to hear from you.

Based upon the Motion filed by the children's attorney for an Order to
Show Cause and the affidavit in support thereof:
IT IS ORDERED THAT the mother of the children, Tina Ream Lockett
aka Tina Shoop Lockett, and the father of the child J.B., Gary Tripp, and
any person objecting to the granting of the Petition for Guardianship shall
appear in the Tribal Court of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde
Community of Oregon, located at 9615 Grand Ronde Road, Grand Ronde,
Oregon on, November 3, 2004, at 9 a.m., to show cause why the Court
should not enter judgement granting the proposed guardianship.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any written response to this Order
by any party to this case shall be filed on or before October 27, 2004.
The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall cause a copy of this Order to be served
upon all parties, and file proof of service with the Court on or before the
date set for hearing in this matter.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Tribal Court Clerk shall cause a
copy of this Order to be published in the Tribal Newsletter at least two
consecutive publications prior to the hearing date.
