It will ask for insurance information, if you have done long term heath care planning, the type of long care arrangements that you may be interested in, etc. Please take time to fill the survey out as it will help with the Tribe's planning agenda and the priorities. B Basket Making Class will take place after the first of the year as everyone is busy now with holiday plans. B Tribal Jackets for the Elders fact finding on price, colors, materi als and styles is still in the works. The goal for the design of the jackets is to be done in the spring of 2004. When completed the de sign and cost information will be available to the Tribal Elders. II I II II III U (7 III I 111 I 111 IV- i IS Big Check Volunteers from the Grand Ronde Community Resource Center and Food Bank were in Lincoln City on Thursday, November 13 to receive a $5,000 check from the Siletz Charitable Contribution Fund. The fund gave away over $136,000 to 32 different organizations that night.
