The items to be auctioned and sold include office equipment and office furniture. Some items will be tagged with prices. The bidding will be conducted in two segments. LOCATION: Tribal shed on Ackerson Road. (South side of pow-wow grounds.) FIRST SEGMENT Saturday, August 18: TRIBAL MEMBERS. Bidding between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., with the opening of bids at 4 p.m. SECOND SEGMENT Sunday, August 19: TRIBAL MEMBERS. Additional bidding may be conducted by Tribal members from 9 to 1 1 a.m., with bids opened at noon. GENERAL PUBLIC. Bidding between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., with opening of the bids to take place at 4 p.m. BID PROCESS: Sealed bids in an envelope provided at the sale. BID INSTRUCTIONS: All items will be numbered. Offers to be written and sealed in a provided envelope. All envelopes will be opened at the bid opening time. The successful bidder will be announced at that time. Bidders are requested to return for the opening of the bids at the time stated above. Tie bids will be resolved by random drawing. TERMS: Cash or cashier check.
