Days parade. The
Royalty girls will also
be at Willamina's 4th

The MonmouthIndependence Commu
nity Arts Association, along with Western
Days Commission, is hosting an old fash
ion 4th of July Arts Festival in Monmouth
at the Main Street Park on July 3 and 4.
Activities include: music, visual arts,
dance and literary arts, strolling violinist,
dancing bands, evening concert, and
many children's activities. Crafters will
have wares for sale. Local authors will
be available for book signings. Also a
children's parade and big parade starting
