The Wellness Dental program will put on a Whale of a Smile Kids Club
that will earn one lucky Tribal youth a trip to Sea World in San Diego. Whale
of a Smile Kids Club is a fun way to keep your teeth healthy and do some
fun activities at the same time. You will be able to go to events, do cool
activities, and earn lots of Willy Trading Cards which can be redeemed for
cool prizes. Once you earn at least 10 cards your name goes into a drawing
for the grand prize, a trip for four to Sea World, San Diego.
The official list of ways to earn Willy Trading Cards:
1 Complete the Whale of a Smile Tooth Brushing Chart each month.
2 Sign the Whale of a Smile Pledge Card promising to practice proper
oral hygiene.
3 Take the Whale of a Smile Kids Club quiz.
4 Design a poster displaying ways to have a Whale of a Smile.
5 Write a letter about how to have a Whale of a Smile.
6 Fill in the Whale of a Smile food pyramid with tooth health snacks.
7 Complete the Whale of a Smile story by filling in the blanks.
8 Visit the Dentist and fill out the Whale of a Smile dental form.
9 Complete the Whale of a Smile fluoride puzzle.
10 Complete the Whale of a Smile word search.

Termination of Parental Rights
Tribal Council has received minimal comments regarding the proposed
policy on termination of parental rights printed in the previous issues of
Smoke Signals. Tribal Council desires to seek as much comment as pos
sible, therefore a community meeting has been set for August 22, 2000,
at 5:30 p.m. in Tribal Council Chambers. If you have any questions please

Jeffers family reunion: Aug. 13
