The Fish & Wildlife Committee
will hold its annual tag drawing for
Bear, Elk and all Controldamage tags on
Tuesday, July 18, 2000 at 5:30 p.m.
The drawing will take place at the
Natural Resources facility located at
47010 SW Hebo Road, Grand Ronde.
Licenses and tags are issued during
regular office hours: Monday - Friday,
I 8:00-5:00. Licenses require an appoint
1 ment at least one hour in advance.
If you are unable to pick up your tag by
the established deadline please call
1-800-422-0232 or (503) 879-2376,
to make other arrangements.
The 2000 Tribal Hunting, Fishing and
Gathering handbooks are available at
the Natural Resources facility.
State Hunting and Fishing regulations
are also available. Questions regarding
rules may be directed to any
Fish & Wildlife Committee member
or by calling the Fish & Wildlife
Department at (503) 879-2376.

MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS
WILL RESULT IN ALL
APPLICATIONS BEING
INVALID FOR THAT
INDIVIDUAL.
Categories are as follows:
1. Bear
2. Elk (Bow, 1st or 2nd season)
3. ControlDamage elk (choose one)
4. ControlDamage Doe
APPLICATION RULES:
D Tribal members must have a current
Tribal license at the time of submitting
their application.
B Applications must be submitted by
12:00 noon on July 18, 2000.
B Applications not filled out completely
will be voided.
B Tribal members applying for general
elk tags may apply for one bow tag plus
EITHER 1st or 2nd season.
If applications are submitted for both
they will be voided.
B Tribal members under the age of 18
must posses a Hunter Safety Certificate.
Members 11 years old may apply for the
drawing proved they turn 12 before the
start of the hunt they are applying for.
B All tags must be picked up
ONE WEEK PRIOR (seven days) to the
beginning of the hunt (except general
deer). Tags not picked up will be
reissued to the next person on the list.
