Monorioig Memorial Day
Many Veterans participated throughout the country in
Memorial Day services and ceremonies.
RIGHT: Fallen Veterans were honored by Native Americans from several Tribes.
BELOW: The Grand Ronde Color Guard attended Memorial Day services at the
Grand Ronde, Wiilamina, Sheridan and Buck Hollow cemeteries. They are pictured
below with the U.S. Navy Cadets, along with area AMVETS and VFW posts.

represent the Tribe
The Grand Ronde Color Guard and Veterans Royalty have been busy
as usual participating in activities all over Oregon. Last month, they
spent two days at the Sacred Landscape Conference in Corvallis. Then
the following two days at a contest pow-wow held at Gill Coliseum.
The Veterans Royalty and Color Guard have also been invited to carry
the flags at the upcoming events:
