in secretarial and accounting principles or posses a minimum of three (3) years of work
experience in an increasingly responsible position in an accounting department or
medical billing field. Requires a minimum of one (1) year work experience required in
Medical Terminology and ICD-9 coding. Requires first aid and CPR certificate. Requires
accounting knowledge. Requires knowledge of RPMS computer system, fax ma
chine, copy machine, visa machine, 10-key by touch, multiline telephone. Native
American employees preferred. Knowledge of Native American culture required.
Social Service Assistant
GRADE: 6
CLOSING DATE: THURSDAY, JUNE 29, 2000
Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalency, Associates Degree preferred.
Requires a minimum of two (2) years experience working in an office environment.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills required due to high level of client contact.
Ability to obtain or possess a first aid and CPR certificate. Current valid Oregon driver's
license and ability to qualify for the Tribe's automobile insurance. Ability to work with
Windows 98, Microsoft Office. Ability to use a wide range of procedures, planning
and arranging own work. Must have the ability to work with angry or disgruntled
clients in a cooperative and effective manner.
Medical Secretary (on-calltemporary)
GRADE: 7 OPEN UNTIL FILLED
Requires a minimum of six (6) months of post high school specialized job skills training in
the secretarial field or posses a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in secre
tarial positions working for multiple executives. Requires first aid and CPR certificate.
Native American employees preferred knowledge of Native American culture required.
