Become a bilingual speaker
Are you planning your next vacation in sunny Spain or romantic Paris?
Would you like the advantage of being bilingual when you apply for that
great job you've always wanted?
A wonderful opportunity to learn French and Spanish is now available to
tribal members through the Tribe's Education department. This self-paced
computer program begins with the most basic words and concepts, and
progresses through the vocabulary and grammar of first year college level.
It will enable you to speak, read, and write the language.
A favorite feature of the program is a learning process that mimics steps
we have each used in learning the English language it feels comfortable,
rather than overwhelming. The interesting presentation balances numer
ous visual prompts with auditory support, and allows you to check your pro
nunciation progress. You'll be amazed how quickly you can learn, and how
much you remember from each lesson. For students struggling with Span
ish in their high school classrooms, this may be the solution for getting it all
to make sense and saving your GPA.
To schedule a time for study, please call Hollie Larsen at 879-2275.
