Rickreall Basin Watershed Council in Dallas, Oregon.
DUTIES: Project management, develop action plan, promote educational
activities, prepare grant proposals, facilitate meetings, work with volunteers.

WHO: Open to enrolled Grand Ronde tribal members &
Spirit Mountain Casino employees.
WHAT: Learn to deal Blackjack and Let It Ride.
Time commitment is approximately 10 weeks (125 hours).
WHEN: Deadline to apply is March 23, 2000. Dealer's School will begin April 3,
2000. Classes are scheduled for Monday through Thursday.
TIME: 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 sun.
WHERE: Training will be held in the Table Games Training area at the Casino.
HOW: Enrolled Grand Ronde tribal members should submit a completed appli
cation to Spirit Mountain Human Resources. Spirit Mountain employees should
submit a completed internal application with a copy of their last performance evalu
ation. (A new application must be submitted for each dealer school offered.)
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Applicant selection will be based on a combination of the following criteria:
Tribal member preference will apply.
Seniority with the company.
Good performance and attendance of Spirit Mountain employees.
Pass a basic math assessment.
Ability to obtain High Security Class III Gaming License.
Upon successful completion of Dealers School, internal applicants must
meet the requirements of the current transfer policy.
All training is unpaid time and must not interfere with current work schedule. Upon
completion of the training, successful dealers will need to pass a dealing audition.

prepare income taxes for tribal Elders
assist anyone with preparing their own income taxes
You will need to bring in your tax documents, such as W-2 and 1099
forms at the time of your appointment. If you are interested in this service,
