The bidding will be conducted in two segments. LOCATION: Tribal barn on Ackerson Road. (South side of Pow-wow grounds.) FIRST SEGMENT-Saturday, August 21: TRIBAL MEMBERS. Bidding between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., with the opening of bids at 4 p.m. SECOND SEGMENT - Sunday, August 22: TRIBAL MEMBERS. Additional bidding may be conducted by tribal members from 9 to 1 1 a.m., with bids opened at noon. GENERAL PUBLIC. Bidding between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., with opening of the bids to take place at 4 p.m. BID PROCESS: Sealed bids in an envelope provided at the sale. BID INSTRUCTIONS: All items will be numbered.
