Partici pants are assisted with every aspect " of business ownership through the following components: Team Development Session 1 Team Development Session 2 Business Plan Marketing Capital Access 1TEAM DEVELOPMENT "Venture Out" is seeking women who possess special skills, talents, and abilities found in small business owners, but who may not consider business ownership because of large commitments involved. "Venture Teams" will consist of three to five women with similar interests to form home-based andor income supple menting businesses. Through "Ven ture Teams" a group of women can divide up necessary assignments, time and responsibilities between all its partners. This allows individual team members to contribute their personal strengths to run a business they might not choose to operate alone. Team Development Sessions 1 and 2 will be held on Tuesday, May 11 and Wednesday, May 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Grand Ronde Room at 28840 Salmon River Hwy. 2 BUSINESS PLAN - Tuesday, May 25 from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. This session will take you through the business planning process. 3 MARKETING Wednesday, June 9 from 1-5 p.m. Tips on marketing your business product or services. 4 CAPITAL ACCESS -Wednesday, June 23 from 1 to 5 p.m. This session will help own ers secure money needed to buy equipment andor supplies.
