Road maintenance
The Confederated Tribes of Grand
Ronde, Natural Resources Division is
accepting bid proposals for a two-year
Road Maintenance Services Contract.
The work will be performed on an
on-call, as-needed basis. Road main
tenance work will typically occur in a
forested setting and consist of the fol
lowing activities:
Road-side brushing using a me
chanical brush cutter.
Grading and shaping roads using a
motorized grader.
Hauling and spreading patch rock
using a loader, dump-truck, and
grader.
B Clearing culverts, ditch lines, and
road banks of debris using a back
hoe and loader.
Sealed bids will be accepted
until 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, Feb
ruary 2, 1999.
The Natural Resources Division re
serves the right to reject any and all
bids, to waive technical defects in bid
ding, or negotiate with any unsuccess
ful bidder if no bid is awarded. For
