Be a Grand Ronde tribal member living within the Six County Service Area. 2. A long-term welfare recipi ent (2-12 years or more on welfare). 3. Have two of the following three: a.) Lack of GED or High School di ploma and low math and reading skills; b.) Require substance abuse treatment prior to employment; c.) HAPPY HOLIDAYS a mnajgiicaii season.
