Minimum Qualifications: 18 months of trade school, Associates degree or comple
tion of equivalent training in human resources management course work. Must
posses a minimum of 3 years of work experience in an increasingly responsible
position in a human resources department, social service or vocational rehabilitation
program, or administrative assistant position involved in the hiring process for a
department or company.

Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in education with an emphasis in early
childhood education, human development or social services. Bachelor's degree
preferred. Must posses at least 3 years of work experience in Head Start areas of
program directing, grants administration and educational instruction. Must demon
strate familiarity with Head Start regulations and policies. Position will work with
integrated services between preschool and Head Start programs.
