This group consists of 15 tribal members and their families. Language Specialist Tony A. Johnson hopes members of the Core Group will become role models for language use and possibly teachers for community-wide classes planned in the future. Review planned for Elder housing Meetings were held on May 20 with the Elders and other interested tribal members to review the design'work now underway for the Elder commu nity planned for Grand Ronde. The attendees gave their comments to the architect and Housing Au thority, these ideas are being considered prior to approval of a final master plan for the site. The following meetings will be for the purpose of reviewing the designs for the individual rental units that will initially be built. These meetings will be held at the Grand Ronde Community Center. E REVIEW OF DESIGN FOR RENTAL UNITS: Monday, June 15 at 3 p.m, Elder applicant group review for all Elders with applications on the waiting list. Monday, June 15 at 7 p.m. Community re view for all interested tribal members. Tuesday, June 16 at 1 p.m. Elder mealsite group review for all Elders. You will want to attend one of these meetings if you would like to offer your ideas and receive in formation about the plans. The information pre sented will be the same for each of the three meet ings.
