Jerry Graham, a special education teacher at WHS, encourages the club to give presentations about tribal culture. Knowledge is needed to obtain permits and the boundaries of Grand Ronde on Highways 18 and 22. Artists and cre ativity is also needed to design these signs. In December, a Bingo fund-raiser took place that raised $9 1 6 for this project which originated through the Willamina Coastal Hills Chamber of Commerce. Divorce workshop open to community Grand Ronde Legal Services (GRLS) is offering a Divorce Workshop twice a month to assist those who are using the new Self-Help Divorce packet and to give guidance with completion of the forms. It is recommended that Self-Help pack ets be picked up and worked on prior to the workshop, but this is not a require ment. The workshop is also for those who have questions about Oregon's di vorce or custody laws. No appointments are needed to attend the workshops, call GRLS for the dates and time. This is a community educa tion service of GRLS and Oregon Legal Services. The workshops are open to all Grand Ronde tribal members, and low in come non-tribal members.
