football team this year. Jeremy, a senior, also received awards for Most Inspirational, Most Outstanding Lineman, and
Best Defensive Player. Other tribal youth to receive athletic awards from WHS were: Jason Bailey, Joey Bailey, Billy

Name and New Birth Certificate
filed by the petitioner in the above entitled
case, THE COURT FINDS THAT:
1 . Petitioner is over 1 8 years of age;
2. Petitioner is an enrolled member of the
Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde
Community of Oregon;
3. Petitioner has not been granted a
change of name by the Tribal Court within
the last twelve (12) months;
4. All persons entitled to notice have been
properly served with a copy of the Notice
To Creditors and;
5. No objection to the Petition has been
filed by any creditor or former spouse of the
Petitioner.
THEREFORE, BASED ON THE FOREGO
ING FINDINGS, THE COURT ORDERS:
1. That the name of the Petitioner be
changed from Robin McCooI to Robyn
McCool;
2. That the Clerk of the Tribal Court shall
cause a copy of this Order to be published
in the Tribal Newspaper;
3. ' That the Clerk of the Tribal Court shall
submit a certified copy of this Order to the
Tribal Enrollment office;
4. That the Clerk of the Court shall pro
vide the Petitioner with a certified copy of
this Order to be submitted by Petitioner to
the Registrar of Vital Statistics in the state
the Applicant was born;
5. That upon receipt of the certified copy
of the Order, the Registrar shall issue a new
birth certificate of the Petitioner to reflect
the new name of the Petitioner as stated in
this Order and shall change any designa
tion of race or national origin on the birth
certificate to reflect that the Petitioner is
American Indian;
6. That the Petitioner shall surrender all
old Tribal Identification Cards bearing
Petitioner's former name to the Enrollment
office prior to the Enrollment office issuing
Petitioner new Tribal Identification Cards
bearing the Petitioner's new name; and
7. That within sixty (60) days from the date
of this Order the Tribal Enrollment staff, and,
if necessary, the Tribal Enrollment Commit
tee shall cause new Tribal Identification
Cards to be issued to Petitioner showing
the new name of the tribal member and shall
change the official membership roll and all
other official enrollment records of the Tribe
to reflect the Petitioner's new name as stated
in this Order.

Name and New Birth Certificate-
Juvenile, filed by the petitioner in the above
entitled case, and based on the Court ex
amination of the Applicant, the Petitioner
and other interested parties at the Show
Cause Hearing held on November 1 8, 1 997:
THE COURT FINDS THAT:
1 . Petitioner is over 1 8 years of age and is
the parent or legal guardian of the appli
cant, a minor child;
2. Applicant's mother is an enrolled mem
ber of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand
Ronde Community of Oregon;
3. Applicant has not been granted a
change of name by the Tribal Court within
the last twelve (12) months;
4. All persons entitled to notice have been
properly served with a copy of the Notice
To Parents and Legal Guardians;
5. No objection to the Petition has been
filed by any parent or legal guardian of the
minor child and no objection was raised at
the Show Cause Hearing; and
6. The proposed name change is in the
best interest of the minor child;
7. The father has consented by stating
under oath that he consents to the change.
THEREFORE, BASEDON THE FOREGO
ING FINDINGS, THE COURT ORDERS:
1. That the name of the Applicant be
changed from Jackalyn S. Hayes to
Jackalyn S. Meagher;
2. That the Clerk of the Tribal Court shall
cause a copy of this Order to be published
in the Tribal Newspaper;
3. That the Clerk of the Tribal Court shall
submit a certified copy of this Order to the
Tribal Enrollment office;
4. That the Clerk of the Court shall pro
vide the Petitioner with a certified copy of
this Order to be submitted by Petitioner to
