The Tribal Council appointed SHERI WAHRGREN and reappointed DAVID

Board at the April 16th Council meeting. David Foster, a housing planner with Oregon
Housing and Community Services, previously served a one year term on the Board.
Sheri Wahrgren is a community lending specialist with US Bank, and replaces Brian
Doke, a branch manager with Washington Mutual, whose one year term expired.
The Board of Commissioners elected KIM D'AQUILA, an employee of the
Tribe's legal department, as Secretary of the Board at the Authority's May 27th
meeting. Kim replaces Rob Greene, who served as Secretary since the inception of the
Authority. Rob's commitments with the tribal legal department have increased and
Kim has been increasingly involved with the Authority's workload.

to assist Linda Layden with financial, contract and housing development admin
istration. Terri was employed by Evergreen International Aviation as an Executive
Assistant, and has extensive experience as a legal assistant and office manager.
