9th Annual SPIRIT MOUNTAIN FUN RUNWALK FOR HEALTH

After August 15, 1996 - add $2 late fee.

Walk for Health will start immediately after the race begins
We ask walkers stay to the right of the road so runners will not have their race times affected.

Road, Grand Ronde, OR 97347 before August 17, 1996 or at the registra
tion table by August 20, 1 996 before the event begins.

The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde will be holding an auction of surplus
equipment on Saturday, August 1 7 during the Pow-wow. The items to be auctioned
are office equipment, building materials, office furniture, computer equipment
parts, and miscellaneous items. The bidding will be conducted in two segments.
LOCATION: Tribal large red barn on Ackerson Road (south side of the Pow
wovy grounds).
FIRST SEGMENT: TRIBAL MEMBERS
AUCTION TIME: 1 2:00 Noon (opening of the bids)
BID TIME: Bidding between 10:00 a.m. until noon
BID PROCESS: Sealed bid in an envelope provided at the auction
SECOND SEGMENT: GENERAL PUBLIC
AUCTION TIME: 4:00 p.m. (opening of the bids)
BID TIME: Bidding between 1 :00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
BID PROCESS: Sealed bid in an envelope provided at the auction
TERMS: Cash or cashier check. BID INSTRUCTION: All items will be
numbered. Offers will be written and sealed in a provided envelope. All
envelopes will be opened at the bid opening auction time. Tie bids by random
drawing. The successful bidder will be announced at that time. Bidders are
requested to return for the opening of the bids at the auction time stated above.
PAYMENT: All successful bidders must pay for the items at the auction. Items
must be removed from the tribal facility by August 23, 1 996.

on August 19, 1996.
