CULTURAL EXCHANGE: Delegates from Kum San County, South Korea, visited the Casino last month in the
hopes of developing a sisterhood relationship with Yamhill County. Spirit Mountain Casino was one of the many
attractions they visited and toured. Others included George Fox College in Newberg, Chateau Benoit Winery,
McMinnville City Hall, and other historical points of interest. The relationship between the two counties is designed
to foster an educational exchange between the different cultures. The Yamhill County Board of Commissioners
signed a pact of goodwill and friendship with several of the visiting delegates.
