appears she's got good business
sense, too. When I last interviewed
Donna two years ago, her business,

She now owns one of Small Busi
ness Development's more success
ful home-based businesses.
Donna operates from her home
in Keizer, Ore., and has clients from
Portland to Eugene. She can cre

Attention to all veterans! Did you know that the Oregon Employment
Department regularly sends a representative to the Depot in Grand Ronde
to help veterans find work?
John Hudanish, a veterans' representative based at the department's
office in McMinnville, visits Grand Ronde every second and fourth
Wednesday each month from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. He has a lap-top
computer which lets him connect with the Oregon Job Bank in Salem.
This technology enables John to offer job referrals to just about any
location in Oregon. It also permits him to register applicants for work,
write job orders, and match job-seekers with the jobs they are interested
in. John can also discuss a broad range of state and federal benefits
available for qualified veterans.
He also posts job openings at the Community Center and the Depot.
John Hudanish is a Vietnam veteran, and wants to help others find work.
This service is free of charge.

Preschoolers visit Dental Clinic
On Jan. 18 the Dental clinic had some very special visitors.. .the tribal
preschocjf, Twasum-Chako Learn ingCenter!
The kids got to "ride" in the dentist's chair, meet "Bucky" and "Ally"
our dental friends, took turns brushing and rinsing their teeth! Each
child received a magic toothbrush and a prize for coming to the Dental
