Other actions in progress, being planned and completed include: Grading, leveling and foundation work at the gaming center, construction site. Preparatory work on the Highway IS entrance-exit and traffic diversion loop. Recruiting the center's key executives. A system for training essential personnel is being finalized with Chemeketa Community College. About 400 rare plants on the federal and state's threatened species list - the Nelson checker mallow have been dug up, moved and transplanted.
