STAFFPICNIC
Staff members and their family members are invited to
the Tribal Staff Picnic on August 3, 1991. 1991.
The picnic will begin at 1:00 p.m., and will be held at
the Herber's house off Mill Creek Road, follow the
signs. Child care will be provided, courtesy of the Drug
and Alcohol Department.

JOB OPPORTUNITY
Job Tide: JTPA, TITLE IV, WAREHOUSE AIDE
TRAINEE
This position will be stationed in the Special Forest
Products Division under the supervision of the Manager
of the division. Participant will be limited to forty (40)
hours per week. Sick leave and annual leave are not
payable nor accruable. The participant will follow the
rules of the work site agency, and tic JTPA participant
rules.
Job Duties:
1. Office Procedures: Answering mail, copying on xerox
machine, helping staff with inventory reports.
2. Manual Labor Stock cooler, rotate boxes, UN
LOADING AND LOADING TRUCKS, moving heavy
boxes from one place to another.
3. Cleaning: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE
WAREHOUSE BE KEPT CLEAN. Other cleaning
consists of mopping, waxing, scrubbing the toilet and
cleaning the walls.
4. General Duties: Everyone works together on product
inventory. This is the most important report for the
program. To complete the report, staff does a complete
inventory. The next step is physical count, meaning staff
must count every item received and shipped. The
participant will be shown how to put entries on the
computer.
5. Other Duties: As assigned. Participant will be
expected to assist the manager and the staff b whatever
needs to be done.
The staff of the Special Forest Products Division will
help the participant learn the above job duties and help
the participant to feel comfortable in the position.

The purpose of this position will be to train the
participant b the job duties of the Warehouse Aide.

Only members who havent received their allot
ment at the previous distributions in June 1991 are
eligible.
If you're having someone pick 'up your salmon for you
the following form must be completed and returned to
the tribal office by Jury 26. 199L 5KX) pjn.
If you've already sent a completed Salmon Release
Form but haven't received your allotment, please call
Karen at 879-5211 to see if your form is still on file
before sending another.
Some things to remember when filling out the Salmon
Release Form are:
Contact the person you want to pick up your salmon
to be sure they are willing or able to make the pick up.
Only enrolled tribal members are eligible to receive
subsistence salmon. '
The person who has been authorized to pick up your
fish' must tell us who they will be picking up "for besides
themselves.
Two pounds will be allotted per tribal member in the
household.
The salmon will be distributed on a first come, first
serve basis.
This will be the final distribution for the 1991 salmon
subsistence supply. ,
