Nurse's Assistant REPORTS TO: Health Director LOCATION: Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde SALARY RANGE: $15,000 -17,500 Full-time CLOSING DATE: extended to July 10, 1991 RESPONSIBILITIES: To be member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde's Health Delivery system team by assisting in the clinical operations, by insuring that patients have access to the health care system and by providing direct care services. DUTIES: -Knowledge of; and serve as liaison with, existing com munity health care and social services resources -Refer patients to tribal and non-tribal health care and social services resources; provide appropriate patient in formation to agencies as needed.
