Weatherization measures that arc eligible for installa tion include general heat waste items such as caulking and weatherstripping, furnace efficiency modifications, attic insulation, wall insulation, underfloor insulation, and storm windows. The sole purpose of this program is to lower energy usage and therefore help lower your utility bills.
