cards to be issued
Enrollment Director Margo Mcrcicr and Hunting and
Fishing Coordinator Brent Merrill will be in three cities
in the next three weekends to issues Tribal Identification
cards and 1990 Hunting and Fishing licences to Tribal
members who live in the Portland, EugeneSpringfield
and Central Oregon
areas.
On July 21st and 22nd cards and licences will be issued
to Tribal members who live in the Portland area at the
Greenwood Inn in Bcaverton from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m. The room number will be posted in the lobby at the
Inn. The address at the Greenwood Inn is:

On July 28th cards and licences will be issued to Tribal
members who live in the EugeneSpringfield area at the
Valley River Inn in Eugene from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tribal members who live in the Central Oregon area at
the Riverside Motel in Bend from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00

The Tribal Health Program will be expanding to
include the Community Health Representative compo
nent. Darlcne Aaron, Joe Brisbois and Bonnie Martin
have been selected for the CHR positions.
The CHRs will be involved in orientation and training
to learn about the reporting system and basic standards
of the duties performed by Community Health Repre
sentatives. Darlene, Joe and Bonnie are looking forward to
meeting with Tribal members and helping with health
care needs.
AA Group Starting
On Tuesday evening, July 10, a new 12 step support
group meeting started. These weekly meetings will be
an ACOA (Adult Children of Addicts) support group
designed for people whose childhood and early adult
hood had been affected by the unhealthy obsessive,
compulsive, or addictive behaviors of parents or another
adults. These meetings arc free of charge and will be
held at the Depot at 7:00 P.M.. Maybe an adult, parent
figure in your life was an alcoholic or drug addict. We
can help. Check it out. 879-5211.
Nanitch says Thank You
We would like to give recognition to the Nike Corpora
tion for their generous donation of 50 pairs of shoes to
the Nanitch Sahallie program. These shoes have been
targeted to give to our needy clients. Thank you for

The Senior Services Cook shall be responsible for
planning, preparing and serving nutritional meals to
senior citizens of the Confederated Tribes of Grand
Ronde.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for planning, preparing and serving
nutritious meals appropriate for senior citizens.
- Responsible for ordering, maintaining inventory, and
proper storage of food items.
- Responsible for monitoring of program costs and
maintaining program budget in accordance with contract
and tribal guidelines.
Must have a valid driver's license.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary food
service environment.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience in preparing meals for at least
50 individuals.
Experience in preparation of meals for senior citizens.
- Must have experience providing direct supervision of
staff and volunteers.
- TribalIndian preference applies.
