Pow Wow Regulations
The Pow Wow Committee is now accepting applica
tions for Native American Craft and food vendor's
spaces. Spaces 1 through 18 (20 feet by 25 feet), will be
furnished with electrical power. These spaces will be
$40 per day, August 18th and 19th. These spaces will
not be available for use until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August
17th. No early entries, no exceptions!
The covered area will be available with 8 spaces (8 feet
by IS feet). Lighting will be available, no electrical
outlets will be supplied. These spaces for the covered
area will be $20 per day, August 18th and 19th. Set-up
entry will be at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17th. No
security will be provided for the night of Friday the 17th.
The Pow Wow Committee will not be responsible for
individual wares and possessions.
A limited number of non-power spaces will be avail- (
able on the outside perimeter of the designated vendor
area, to be determined by the Pow Wow Committee.
All reservations are available on a "first come, first
serve basis." Please fill your application out specifying
what you intend to peddle, and whether you will need
electrical power. Sorry, the Pow Wow Committee will
not provide 220 volt hookups.
Your application confirmation will be mailed back to
you with the specific number assigned, as shown on the
map. If you do not have a written confirmation with
you, the Pow Wow reserves the right to deny you a
space. .

Box 38, Grand Ronde, OR 97347. Make checks payable
to Grand Ronde Pow Wow Fund.
Native Arts and Crafts: Covered area $20 per day, other
$15 per day.
Food Vendors: Power supplied $40 per day, other $20
per day. You must provide your own set-up materials
(tables, tarps, tools, etc.). Mark dates wanted August
18th ( ) andor August 19th ( ). My wares include

( The Pow Wow Committee will not allow the following
things to be sold at the 1990 Pow Wow. Squirt guns,
Nerf ball guns, or fireworks of any kind, period!
Our Pow Wow is not a place for novelties to be sold. If
you have any of the previously listed items, please leave
them behind.
We regret that we have a limited number of spaces but,
until the Tribe is able to establish our own Pow Wow
area, we must limit the number of vendors and areas
designated for electrical power. Please bear with us.
