TOURNAMENT
The Warm Springs Recreation Department invites you
and your team to enter the teen boys and girls 16 &
under Open Youth Basketball Tournament and 13 &
under Open Youth Basketball Tournament to be held at
the Warm Springs Community Center. Girls tourna
ment will be held provided a full field is entered, if not
the boy's team entry's will be extended up to 12 teams.
Wc look forward to hearing from you, as soon as
possible. If interested, contact us as we are taking the
first eight (8) teams in each division. . v i ;

"WILLAMINA WRESTLERS
WIN MEET"
The Willamina wrestling squad defeated Colton 21-18
and then went on to defeat Yamhill-Carlton 33-6 last
week.
Four Bulldog matmen won their matches against
Colton. Jim DeBoff, at 115 libs., won by a pin in 49
seconds; Jeremy Herber, 130 libs., won by a pin in 2:41
in the second period; Doug Stewart, 157 libs., won a 8-7
decision; and Chris Rupp, 168 libs., won by a pin with
2:39 in the second period.
Against Yamhill-Carlton six Bulldogs won matches,
five by pins. Winning by pins were Cory Menelcy, 130;
Hitchcock, 148; Rupp 168; Andrew, 178; and Tony
Kirkeby, heavyweight.
