Carmen and Jessie Standing Bear were married
on Friday and honored with a special dance at
the Pow-Wow during the festivities on Saturday.
Rudy Clements of Warm Springs returned to Grand Ronde again this year to serve as the master
of ceremonies for the Tribes' fifth annual Pow-Wow celebration. Clements kept the crowd on thier
toes throughout the entire three day event with his insightful commentary and humorous speeches.
