Rudy Clements of Warm Springs returned to Grand Ronde again this year to serve as the master of ceremonies for the Tribes' fifth annual Pow-Wow celebration. Clements kept the crowd on thier toes throughout the entire three day event with his insightful commentary and humorous speeches.
