It's that time of year again Pow-Wow time! The Fifth

1989, once again at the Grand Ronde Elementary
School. This is our first three-day Pow-Wow, and is sure
to be an extra special event.
To help our tribal members get ready for Pow-Wow,
the Pow-Wow Committee is sponsoring craftdance
classes every Tuesday night before Pow-Wow. The craft
classes will begin at 5:30, and are an opportunity for kids
and adults to learn how to make their own regalia. Wp
will supply materials for necklaces, chokers and mocca
sins. Dancing will begin at 6:30 each Tuesday, and V
drumming will be provided by Jessie, Big Bear and
friends. Jessie and his fiancee, Carmen Haug are
offering their drum to become the official Grand Ronde Drummers- Merle Leno Mary Ring
